Hello I am Jonathan and I play Benjamin O'Brien, Captain of the USS Jefferson a Play By Website writing simulation here in the New Exploration Operations an affiliate of Bravo Fleet.
The current sim year is 2294 one year after the events in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. It is also the year after Captain Kirk was presumed died after the events of Enterprise-B's launch.
In the New Exploration Operations (NEO) we set out to fill in the gap of history between the end of Star Trek VI and the beginning of the Next Generation television series. There are species to meet and places to go. Peace with the Klingons is still a new concept. The Romulans have withdrawn themselves back into isolation.
We are back to Starfleet's mandate, exploration and the Jefferson is at the front of the line. But I need your help. Have a look around the site and let's write history together. Happy New Year!
Well some of us have a few more hours left. With the beginning of a new year we will start to get into the guts of our mission. So stay tuned to upcoming posts as I will be jumping ahead some.
This holiday season was a bit more active then usual. With my family's activities and my girlfriends family activities time to sim was not to be found. I also lost some interest in simming during that time but I play some trek games and now my simming battery is recharged.
Let us have a great year and let us all stay true to our New Years resolutions. Well at least try to. : )
